Perfect Balance Fitness was founded by Adrienne Donio Wagemester, offering mobile private and small group sessions in Personal Training, Vinyasa Yoga, SUP Yoga, SUP Fitness and SUP Instruction. The vision behind Perfect Balance Fitness is to help develop balance for those with busy lifestyles by integrating and promoting the physical and mind-body components of a well-rounded fitness program to reduce stress and to help improve overall health and quality of life.
Achieving balance within our everyday lives of work, family, travel and other commitments is challenging when you are trying to live and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Perfect Balance Fitness makes fitness and mind-body programs more accessible by offering private sessions at your home, corporate gym, hotel or resort, and other locations in addition to regularly scheduled group sessions in North County San Diego, and South Ponto Beach, Carlsbad. Special event options are available at various venues throughout San Diego County. Corporate Yoga and Personal Training services are also available to companies looking to offer these services to employees.

Adrienne Donio Wagemester
Adrienne holds degrees in Exercise Science from Temple University and Business Management/Travel & Tourism from Brandywine College of Widener University. With over twenty-five years of experience in health and fitness, she is an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Functional Training Specialist; RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance, and a WPA and Paddle Into Fitness-Certified SUP Yoga and SUP Fitness Instructor.

CLASSES

PRIVATE & GROUP YOGA CLASSES
A 60-minute Vinyasa flow with focus on proper alignment. Enjoy the benefits of yoga at scheduled outdoor locations in San Marcos, Carlsbad, and North County San Diego area beach cities, or book a private session based on your schedule at home, work, at the beach, park, or other location. Great option for beginners and intermediate students who want to improve their practice, or for those who enjoy yoga outside of a studio setting.

LEARN HOW TO SUP
BRING YOUR OWN BOARD - Join us on the water and learn how to Stand-Up Paddle! 90-minute class includes initial discussion on water safety, leash, launching, standing, stroke technique, turns and other important information you need to know. Ability to swim 25 yards is required and must bring own PFD.

SUP YOGA & FITNESS CLASSES
BRING YOUR OWN BOARD - Take your fitness or yoga practice to the next level! Practicing yoga on the water offers incredible health benefits in the most relaxing environment. SUP Fitness is a great cross-training option to add into to your routine! SUP Yoga and SUP Fitness classes are 1.75-hour long classes and include a refresher water safety review. SUP experience and ability to swim 25 yards is required. Leash and anchor provided, but you must bring your own PFD.

CUSTOMIZED PRIVATE & SMALL-GROUP FITNESS TRAINING
A 60-minute total-body workout that will motivate you to come back for more! Small group classes are up to 4 people - great for groups of friends, family members, coworkers or sports team members. We'll measure your progress along the way. Choose private training for a customized program designed to meet your goals. Nutritional guidance is also included with the private customized programs. SPECIAL EVENT YOGA & SUP CLASSES
A private 60-minute Vinyasa flow for your very special event! Yoga is the perfect way to clear your mind, connect with others and appreciate your special day. Great for corporate events, bridal/bachelorette parties or anything else you’d like to celebrate! Sessions taught at your venue of choice. SUP classes are also available for your special event. A 30-day advance notice is required to secure your location. Additional fees may apply based on venue.
